PugPep may collect a mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status when a customer voluntarily chooses to receive transactional order updates.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
PugPep may use service providers that help deliver requested communications or operate related website, messaging, hosting, order-management, shipping, security, or customer-support functions.
Message frequency varies according to order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Customers may choose not to enroll in optional SMS updates and may opt out of an eligible PugPep SMS program by replying STOP.
Customers may contact PugPep to ask questions about information associated with their account, request correction of inaccurate contact details, or ask about available privacy choices. Certain records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, financial, legal, or compliance purposes.
CHILDREN
11. Age & Children's Privacy
PugPep ordering services are not directed to children. PugPep does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through its research-material ordering services.
